Du kannst dein helpO-Konto jederzeit selbst löschen. Dabei werden deine Daten dauerhaft entfernt.
You can delete your helpO account yourself at any time. Your data is then removed permanently.
In der App löschen
Delete in the app
- helpO öffnen und anmelden.
- Einstellungen → Konto → Konto löschen antippen.
- Mit Endgültig löschen bestätigen.
- Open helpO and sign in.
- Tap Settings → Account → Delete account.
- Confirm with Delete permanently.
Ohne App löschen lassen
Request deletion without the app
Wenn du die App nicht mehr nutzen kannst, schreib eine E-Mail an moc.liamg@ppa.okew – von der Adresse, mit der du dich bei helpO angemeldet hast. Wir löschen das Konto in der Regel innerhalb weniger Tage, spätestens innerhalb eines Monats.
If you can no longer use the app, send an email to moc.liamg@ppa.okew from the address you used to sign in to helpO. We usually delete the account within a few days, at the latest within one month.

- Dein Chat-Verlauf
- Deine Helfer und Hilfe-Anfragen
- Deine Bestätigung des KI-Hinweises
- Your account (Google account ID, email address, name, profile picture)
- Your chat history
- Your helpers and help requests
- Your acknowledgement of the AI notice
Was bleibt?
What remains?
Anonyme Statistik, ob ein Problem gelöst wurde („allein“ / „mit Helfer“), bleibt ohne Verbindung zu dir erhalten. Server-Logfiles dieser Webseite werden nach kurzer Zeit vom Hoster gelöscht. Dein Google-Konto bleibt unberührt.
Anonymous statistics on whether a problem was solved (“alone” / “with a helper”) remain without any link to you. Server log files of this website are deleted by the host after a short time. Your Google account is not affected.
