Anmeldung

Sign-in

Die Anmeldung erfolgt über „Mit Google anmelden“. Dabei erhalten wir über Supabase Auth deine Google-Konto-ID, E-Mail-Adresse, deinen Namen und dein Profilbild. Wir nutzen sie, um dein Konto zu führen und dich in der App anzuzeigen. Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (Nutzung der App).

You sign in with “Sign in with Google”. Through Supabase Auth we receive your Google account ID, email address, name and profile picture. We use them to maintain your account and to show you in the app. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (use of the app).

Data in your account

Wir speichern, was du in der App anlegst: deine Chat-Gespräche mit dem Assistenten, die Helfer (Name und Kontaktangaben von Personen, die du als Helfer hinterlegst), Hilfe-Anfragen und deren Status, den Zeitpunkt, zu dem du den Hinweis zur KI bestätigt hast, sowie das Ergebnis, ob ein Problem gelöst wurde. Als Helfer eingetragene Personen sind Dritte – bitte trage nur Personen ein, die damit einverstanden sind. Erledigte Anfragen werden nach 30 Tagen gelöscht. Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO.

We store what you create in the app: your chat conversations with the assistant, your helpers (name and contact details of people you add as helpers), help requests and their status, the time you acknowledged the notice about the AI, and whether a problem was solved. People you add as helpers are third parties – please only add people who agree. Completed requests are deleted after 30 days. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Deine Chat-Nachrichten werden an unsere Server-Funktion und von dort zur Beantwortung an die Gemini-API von Google übermittelt. Der API-Schlüssel liegt nur auf dem Server. Wir nutzen die kostenpflichtige API, bei der Eingaben nicht zum Training von Modellen verwendet werden. Bitte gib im Chat keine Passwörter oder sensible persönliche Daten ein. Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO.

Your chat messages are sent to our server function and from there to Google’s Gemini API to produce the answer. The API key is kept on the server only. We use the paid API, under which inputs are not used to train models. Please do not enter passwords or sensitive personal data in the chat. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Kamera

Camera

Die App kann die Kamera nutzen, um Geräte, Etiketten oder Barcodes zu erkennen. Die Erkennung läuft auf deinem Gerät (Google ML Kit, on-device). Bilder werden nicht an uns übertragen und nicht gespeichert. Die Kamera-Berechtigung ist optional und kann jederzeit in den Android-Einstellungen entzogen werden.

The app can use the camera to recognise devices, labels or barcodes. Recognition runs on your device (Google ML Kit, on-device). Images are not sent to us and not stored. The camera permission is optional and can be withdrawn at any time in the Android settings.

Hosting und Dienstleister

Backend und Datenbank laufen bei Supabase (Server in der EU). Die Anmeldung läuft über Google Sign-In, der KI-Assistent über Google (Gemini). Diese Seite wird bei der STRATO AG gehostet; beim Aufruf werden technisch notwendige Daten (u. a. IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit, aufgerufene Seite, Browser) in Server-Logfiles verarbeitet (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Es werden keine Cookies gesetzt; im lokalen Speicher des Browsers werden nur Sprach- und Designauswahl abgelegt.

This website is hosted by STRATO AG; when you visit it, technically necessary data (including IP address, date and time, requested page, browser) is processed in server log files (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). No cookies are set; only your language and theme choice are kept in the browser’s local storage.

Retention and deletion

Deine Daten bleiben gespeichert, bis du dein Konto löschst. Das geht jederzeit in der App unter Einstellungen → Konto → Konto löschen; dabei werden Konto, Chat-Verlauf und Helfer dauerhaft gelöscht. Details: Konto und Daten löschen.

Your data is kept until you delete your account. You can do this at any time in the app under Settings → Account → Delete account; your account, chat history and helpers are permanently deleted. Details: Delete account and data.
